At Whitney Management Corp., we believe that great people know great people! Our Employee Referral Program is designed to reward you for helping us find talented individuals to join our team. If you refer a candidate who successfully joins our organization, you can earn a $400 referral bonus. Here’s how it works:

How to Earn Your Referral Bonus


Refer a Candidate:

Identify a qualified individual who you believe would be a great fit for Whitney Management Corp. or one of our managed properties.

Ensure they list you as the referrer on their application.


Background and Clearance

The referred candidate must successfully pass our background check process and be cleared for hire.


Probationary Period

The candidate must work with WMC or a WMC managed property, surpassing the designated probationary period.


Bonus Payment:

Once the referred candidate completes the probationary period, you will receive your $400 referral bonus.

To receive the bonus, you must still be employed with Whitney Management Corp. at the time the bonus is due to be paid.

All current employees of Whitney Management Corp. are eligible to participate in the referral program.


Probationary Period

AThe specific duration of the probationary period will be communicated at the time of hire for the referred candidate.


Referral Tracking

Ensure your name is clearly mentioned by the candidate during the application process for proper tracking and acknowledgment of your referral.
