Sean C. Griffin joined Whitney Management Corp. as Senior Vice President in May 2022, Mr. Griffin oversees the day-to-day operations for the management company, of which his primary responsibilities include preparing annual operating budgets, monthly financials, risk management, revising operating policy/procedure documentation, asset management as well as third party management; he also works closely with owners and ownership entities. Prior to joining Whitney Management Corp. Mr. Griffin was the Senior Vice President of Multifamily Management as well as Commercial Facilities & Maintenance Services for a Central Texas based Real Estate Group. Mr. Griffin holds a Commercial Adjuster license in multiple states and has an extensive background in Multifamily as well as Commercial Real Estate development. Mr. Griffin also worked as an independent portfolio asset manager prior to joining Whitney Management Corp. In his spare time, Sean enjoys hunting and fishing along with physical fitness.
